About the Role
We’re hiring freelance Part-Time (10-20hrs weekly) Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) to help grow Bearish OS, a next-generation enterprise productivity platform that helps companies save 2+ hours per employee per day by unifying communication, scheduling, reporting, and AI-driven automation in one intelligent workspace.
This is a remote, flexible, part-time contractor role ideal for entrepreneurial, performance-driven professionals who want freedom and high earning potential.
What You’ll Do
Research and identify potential business clients across Europe
Reach out to decision-makers via email, LinkedIn, or your preferred channels
Book qualified meetings with business leaders for our founder to close
Explain how Bearish OS simplifies operations and reduces software costs
Work on your own schedule and focus entirely on results
Compensation
Base Retainer: Base pay per hour and/or per qualified leads
Commission:
30–40% on every closed deal you help source, paid quarterly when the client pays
Annual commission on renewals after 1+ years at 10% per year
Your commission range could be: €1,440–€1,920 per deal (paid quarterly).
Path to Full-Time:
Consistent performers can move into a €3,000/month full-time SDR or Account Executive role with potential stock options and benefits.
