Title: Amazon/Shopify Operations & Customer Support Generalist (Remote, Part-Time)
Description:
ZoCo Products (U.S.-based) is hiring a part-time remote contractor to support our Amazon and Shopify storefronts. We sell customizable educational and safety printed products. You'll assist with customer support, order operations, light graphics work (adding imprints to templates), and data management.
Key Tasks Include:
Respond to Amazon/Shopify messages and coordinate with fulfillment partners
Handle basic order troubleshooting, artwork confirmation, and delivery updates
Manage Amazon Seller Central: reports, listings, case filing, policy issues
Use Google Sheets to maintain dashboards and analyze order trends
Help update SOPs and monitor task inboxes (we use ClickUp)
Occasionally assist with customer imprint placement using tools like Canva
Ideal Candidate:
Strong Amazon Seller Central experience
Fluent in English, proactive communicator
Skilled with Google Sheets (pivot tables, formulas, etc.)
Detail-oriented, self-directed, and responsive
Familiar with ClickUp, ShipStation, Slack, and/or HubSpot a plus
Familiarity with basic graphic editing and AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT)
Details:
20–40 hours/week, long-term preferred
Flexible hours, but some overlap with U.S. time zones needed
