Freelance Studio and Casting Coordinator
10 hours a week guaranteed and paid, typically around 20. Long-term B2B contract, not a one-off project.
We are a UK audio production and voiceover business: a recording studio, a roster of over 200 voice artists across Europe, and clients in advertising, broadcast and AI speech. We want one freelance coordinator to run the day to day admin behind our studio and casting work.
THE ENGAGEMENT
- 10 hours a week guaranteed and paid whether we use them or not. Expect closer to 20.
- Weekday availability. You invoice monthly. 30 days notice on both sides.
WHAT YOU WOULD DO
- Pull voice shortlists against written client briefs
- Chase artists for auditions, track who has replied
- Package the shortlist so it can go straight to the client
- Book studio sessions and coordinate diaries
- Raise invoices and chase unpaid ones
- Triage the inbox each morning and flag anything commercial to us the same day
WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- Excellent written English at business standard. Most of this job is written contact with clients and artists.
- Previous coordination or account admin experience, ideally in an agency, studio, post house or production company
- Genuinely organised, and comfortable being the person who chases
- Your own modern laptop and a fast, stable connection. You will be moving large audio files and working across several web systems at once.
- Properly computer literate: spreadsheets, shared drives, email platforms, and able to pick up a new tool from written instructions.
This is not a virtual assistant gig. We are not looking for someone running twenty clients at once. We want one person for whom this is a main ongoing engagement.
No agencies, recruiters or outsourcing companies. We are hiring one individual directly.
