About me

About Me: I studied psychology at Coimbra University in Portugal, earning my Master's Degree in Psychology in 2016. In 2016, I embarked on a unique journey by becoming a flight attendant in the UK. This experience allowed me to connect with people from diverse cultures and backgrounds. In 2019, I became member of the British Psychological Society (BPS), solidifying my commitment to ethical and professional practices in psychology. Returning to Portugal in 2020, I joined an institution dedicated to helping individuals facing challenges with drug and alcohol addiction. Since 2022, I've been actively engaged in online therapy, extending my expertise to both English and Portuguese languages. In 2023, I completed my postgraduate degree in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, refining my skills to better assist individuals dealing with anxiety, depression, stress, learning disabilities, and addictions.
