I’m currently open to new job opportunities in IT Support, Service Desk, 2nd Line Support, Customer Support, and Junior Cloud / System Administration roles.

I have 6 years of experience supporting international environments, including global enterprise users across industries such as banking, pharma, manufacturing, logistics, and onsite IT administration. My background includes Active Directory, Azure support, Citrix/VDI, ServiceNow, Ivanti, Intune, Exchange, VMware/vSphere, Windows administration, remote desktop support, user access management, printers, devices, and office IT infrastructure.

I’m multilingual and can provide support in: English, Swedish, German, Russian, Turkish, Polish, and Azerbaijani.
