About me

I am a research and communication professional with more than 15 years' experience across the non-profit and higher-education sectors. As Deputy Director, Research Strategy & Drafting at Adopt-A-Generation: Africa, I lead the organization's research agenda, from designing methodologies and data-collection frameworks to producing donor-ready proposals, reports and whitepapers. I supervise and mentor research teams, manage budgets and timelines, and advise executive leadership on research opportunities and best practice. I'm also a certified practitioner in Good Financial Grant Practice (GFGP), and I draw on a long academic background in communication, media and public relations.
