Workflow Operations Portal

Role-based portal — non-technical teams trigger and manage automations from one place. Next.js, React, Supabase Auth with RLS and multiple roles, async n8n workflows behind the UI. Outcome: fewer requests routed through a developer.

Inbound Lead Qualification & Enrichment

n8n pipeline turns raw leads into scored, sales-ready records. Enrichment via APIs (Apollo, Tavily), industry classification, rule-based scoring — only good-fit leads move on. Outcome: sales stops triaging raw form submissions.

Invoice Extraction Automation

Turns invoices from an accounting folder into ready spreadsheet rows: AI field extraction (Vertex AI), validation, currency conversion, flags for uncertain data. Python + Google Drive/Sheets. Outcome: no more manual invoice entry.

Automated Payment Reminder System

Scheduled n8n workflow chases overdue invoices with no manual tracking. Pulls data (BigQuery), checks an Airtable tracker, builds a tailored email and sends via Gmail. Outcome: consistent reminders, faster payments.
