About me
I have been working in product management for over 10 years, focusing on digital products: SaaS platforms, and mobile applications. My experience spans both software houses, where I managed SaaS CRM, as well as large, well-known companies with their own products, such as AirHelp (Y Combinator company), Acoustic (MarTec, IBM Spinoff), Modivo (ecomm), and InPost. I also work wth early-stage startups, guiding them to their first product.
I specialize in leading the full product lifecycle – from market and user research, product vision, and roadmap creation, through collaboration with development teams, to launch and optimization. I excel at bridging the gap between business and technology, ensuring that products deliver real value to users while driving measurable results for the company.
I am also engaged in mentoring: early stage PdMs, helping juniors become regular product managers.
