As a Salesforce Data Analyst at FTI Consulting, I help transform CRM data into meaningful insights that support business decisions and drive process improvements. My role combines analytical thinking with technical expertise across Salesforce, SQL, Power BI, Excel, and Python to analyze data, build reports and dashboards, improve data quality, and uncover opportunities for optimization. I enjoy turning complex datasets into clear, actionable insights that help stakeholders make informed decisions. Before transitioning into data analytics, I spent over five years working in IT application support and business systems, where I developed a strong understanding of enterprise applications, user needs, and business processes.
