About me

I am a product manager and product consultant. I am trained as an architect, but for over 5 years I have worked in IT and startups, building digital products, MVPs, product strategies and AI-based solutions.

I help companies build digital products from scratch: from structuring the initial idea, defining the MVP scope, preparing requirements and roadmaps, to working with development teams and supporting implementation. I work at the intersection of business, users, UX and technology.

I have experience in SaaS, AI, marketplace and hardware projects. I have developed, among others, TenderPRO - an AI platform for the public procurement sector that helps companies analyze documentation, assess tenders and make better business decisions.

I specialize in product management, discovery, product strategy, MVP definition, business analysis, UX, website development, web applications and AI automations.
