Hi, I'm Kacper and I've been involved in global recruitment, HR systems, and reporting for +4 years. I work as a systems and reporting specialist in the area of talent acquisition, combining my knowledge of recruitment with data analytics and process automation. Daily, I work with SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting, Power BI, Power Automate, and Power Apps. For almost 3 years, I have been leading a group of Key Users of the Recruiting module, acting as a liaison between HR and IT, and organizing and conducting UAT tests.
