I have been supporting people in personal development since 1996. First as a theater instructor, then as a social activist, TROP Method coach, trainer and finally as a psychologist. My experience in the area of non-governmental organizations, with particular emphasis on human rights and social exclusion activities, gave me a solid foundation for conducting coaching and consulting in the field of life coaching. Life interests and passions, in turn, have become the basis for dealing with people in the processes of transition, as well as the sphere of problems of transcendence. As a coach, I am subject to constant supervision in accordance with the Code of Ethics of the Coaching Chamber and the requirements of the TROP Method.
As a psychologist, I am aware of the need for continuous professional development, which is why, apart from the methods of psychological support available to me, I am still studying psychotherapy.
