About me

My name is Gladys. I am a mother of two and seeking an opportunity to venture myself in good earning job so that i become a better person for me and my kids. I am a fast learner and a go getter. I am adventurous and have a good communication skill. after my form four I was employed as a cleaner and as time goes by, I got promoted as a machine operator. I work at that post for 6month and later on i was selected to be a team leader of 20 employees. under a team leader i learn a lot of skills like being vulnerable and my boldness in addressing a big number grew. The ability to plan work also was at another level. to my commitment and good behavior and positive mind toward the work I was again promoted as a supervisor to a team of 50colegues .i can say it has been a journey of growth and that's why I have decided to venture into a different and better earning filed like this one. I hope this platform will be a life changing for me and my children coz they are the reason for my daily hustle.
