About me
I’m a project and operations professional with 12+ years’ experience across creative agencies, events, marketing and client delivery. I specialise in taking projects from brief to delivery, bringing structure to moving parts and keeping people, priorities, timelines and deliverables on track.
I’ve managed 10+ concurrent client projects, led cross-functional and remote teams, delivered conferences and launch events, coordinated research projects, and built systems and processes that improve how work gets done.
My experience spans project coordination and management, operations, research, events, client delivery, marketing and creative production. I’m comfortable stepping into established teams, quickly understanding what needs to happen and taking ownership of delivery.
I work remotely and am particularly interested in freelance and part-time projects where you need someone organised, adaptable and able to turn a brief into action.
