I'm Damian Antosz. I'm 21 years old and my daily life is constantly filled with foreign languages. I study German language at the University of Silesia. However, this course which started last year was prepared for beginners. Most predominantly I speak English and Spanish language (C1 - advanced), as well as French (B2 - upper-intermediate) and Italian (B1 - intermediate). I take advantage of these skills at Sopra Steria - outsourcing IT company based in Katowice. I work as a Service Desk Analyst. My job is to provide customers with technical support both through webportal and direct phonecalls. I have 6 months of experience in working with English, Spanish, French and Italian speaking users.
