About me
I design and deliver web applications, AI systems and cloud solutions—from the first architectural decision to production. I have worked in software since 2012. Today I am a Tech Lead at Sabre and run CloudFloo, a three-person senior engineering team in Kraków.

Stack: TypeScript/Node.js, Next.js/React, PostgreSQL, Kubernetes and C++. In enterprise systems I reduced an authorisation operation from about 60 ms to 2–3 ms. A navigation layer for coding agents cut token use by about 75% in a controlled benchmark.
I start by defining the problem and acceptance criteria. I break work into stages, show progress, test, and prepare deployment and rollback plans. Projects are delivered by a senior team—no middlemen and no hand-offs to juniors. I use AI where it helps; critical logic stays deterministic.

A bilingual B2B website for the disinfection industry with a catalogue, cart, quote-request flow and PL/UA content. CloudFloo delivered information architecture, commerce UX, the Next.js/React frontend and multilingual content layer.
My own FIRE and geoarbitrage planning product. Financial calculations remain deterministic; AI is used only for explanations and consented data. React/Astro, Supabase, PostgreSQL, OpenAI, Stripe, PostHog and Playwright.
