About me

I help small and mid-sized businesses run smoother and grow faster — operations, business development, and go-to-market strategy.

Day to day, I run business operations for a distribution company supplying major retail chains in Poland: process mapping, CRM systems, vendor negotiations, budget management, and hands-on commercial work (including a campaign that drove a major sales spike). I've also built a business case from scratch — market research, financial model, and investor pitch.
