I am a certified Salesforce Administrator (6 certifications) with hands‑on experience in system configuration, process automation (Flow), reporting, and end‑user support.

Before joining the Salesforce ecosystem, I worked as a Business Consultant at CWT, where I was responsible for analyzing and optimizing business travel data for major clients such as Accenture and Google. My role included cost optimization, advanced data analysis on large datasets, and consulting to improve clients’ travel strategies.

Earlier, I spent over 2 years in sales and IT hardware import at Action, starting as an assistant and quickly advancing to managing my own portfolio of clients, building long‑term relationships and driving business growth independently.
