Wordpress website template

We would like to improve the current website put on Wordpress. It's pretty much ok in terms of design, but it's not fast enough, responsive, modern, functional or automated....

Themes: events / restaurant / accommodation / nature

Purpose: To create a template based on the current site: salthamn.se for 7 categories that can be easily duplicated and edited content/photos:

Homepage

Contact

Accommodation

Meetings

Places

Activities

Garden

Key design components:

- Loading speed (over 90% according to pagespeed.web.dev, mob and desktop, also on lower internet speeds)

- Site code reduced to a minimum

- Automation (e.g. ACF implementation, automatic change of colors, header size, etc.)

- Responsiveness (no need to hide or duplicate content, appropriate content sizing, etc.)

- Ease of content entry/editing

- Megamenu and 2-3 level footer

- Video on the homepage

- Pop-up + Newsletter (connection to MailPoet or other plugin)
