Wordpress evangelist - slow performance of Woocommerce store

Hello everyone!

Looking for a so called "wordpress evangelist". Our website plasticowo.pl is running slow. The pages load even 4 seconds which is an unacceptable result. We tried together with the agency we work with to do all sorts of things to speed up the site but unfortunately we were not successful.

In addition to slow performance, we can't delete or add anything in the menu. Everything has been checked on the server side and the problem is clearly with the site. From what we can tell, the site runs on elementor but besides that, a woodmart template (something from template) is inserted, which downloads a lot of JS files, and most of them are probably unused.

If you are able to figure it out then let us know. We would like to find a person who has experience in this.

EDIT. please don't do copy paste and send offers to create a website or something in that climate, we get a lot of unrelated offers and that misses the point.
