Web Application for Sales Network and Sales Team Management

I am looking for a developer or development team to build a web application for a ceramic tile manufacturer to support sales network and sales team management. The preferred technology is PHP. The application should run on a standard PHP hosting environment (MariaDB), be secure, scalable, and designed for future expansion.

Main requirements

- Role-based access control (Administrator, Accounting, CEO, Regional Manager, Sales Representative) with data access based on the company's organizational structure.

- Distributor database with Google Maps integration and an easy way to add new locations.

- Showroom/display map with photo support, as well as a competitor map.

- Advanced search and filtering of companies, locations, and other data.

- Calendar including work schedules, visit reports, vacations, and company events.

- Vacation request workflow with multi-level approval and automatic email notifications.

- Sales representatives' work plans and activity reports.

- Pricing and commercial agreement request module.

- Monthly expense tracking for sales representatives.

- Promotional materials management, including inventory tracking.

- Document management module with role-based access permissions.

- Dashboards and reporting tools for management.

- Administration panel for user management, system configuration, SMTP settings, organizational structure, and database backup/restore.
