Good day, I need to make a simple Online service request form for our service customers. Below I describe the concept to give shape to the project: The company is engaged in the installation and service of mowing robots, which generates the need to perform systematic service activities for these products. I want to be able to send the customer a link to the service request, under which he will find a form to fill out. After filling out the form, the request should be sent to the appropriate e-mail box, which is handled by service technicians so that they can contact the customer directly and arrange an arrival date. The form does not need to have a database to store and segregate requests. It is enough for it to send full information just to our e-mail box. Data to be filled in by the customer in the form: Name Email Contact phone Installation address of the robot Manufacturer Model Serial No. For the above three points, a photo of the robot nameplate can be sent as an alternative.

We need in the 1st stage of cooperation: - preparation of a scene on which there will be a railroad track and several railroad cars (welcome on Unreal engine with ray tracing support), - scene realistically rendering the environment (grass, stones, forest) - example attached (photo 1), - VR support, - starting “gameplay” at the wagon, walking range along the wagons - the ability to move the camera from the controller buttons, - the scene can be built from free assets, - as for the wagon model, there will be a need to edit the texture and apply changes such as incorrect markings, numbers (photos for textures we can provide), This would be the 1st stage, if the tool works well we will want to expand it with more features: II stage: - making a new model of the wagon by you - well visible and reproduced: - stickers - markings - other data - model of the carriage (wheels) including springs (example of detail: photo 2 attached) - tendon devices level of detail: visible modeled pins, bolts, - brake devices and tendons Stage III: - Preparation of an educational and training game on PC for new employees during training, consisting of inspection of wagons and finding defects for which points are earned.
