Virtual assistant, IT team support (WordPress)

I am looking for a virtual assistant / person to support the IT team in communication between the client and the development team. The main tasks are to collect requirements from customers for work ordered on the ticket system and forward to programmers. Once the tasks are completed, verifying that the programmer has completed the task and sending feedback to the client.

Required experience with WordPress on the administrative side as well as WooCommerce (at least the basic type of adding entries, products, menu changes, etc.) and some LMS (we mainly work on Tutor LMS). Work for about 1 - 2h a day at the beginning, unless you know WordPress better - then we will be happy to give you more things to implement :) It's good if you also have experience with IT projects and tools like Jira and Slack, which we use.

Remote work, working hours to be negotiated, rate also depends on your skills
