Good day,

I am looking for a contractor to edit a few minutes of video from a special event (mainly from the church and a few minutes in the hall). The output material is about 15 minutes. Unfortunately, the quality leaves a lot to be desired, the picture is shaky, sometimes out of focus. I'm not counting on miracles, but I'm hoping that it's possible to extract, process and edit a +/- 3 minute video - one for a souvenir. I'll also be in possession of photos that can be pasted in as a variety/stuffer.
