Scope of Work
1. Optimize Existing Ads (ad1, ad2, ad3):
Key Focus: Strengthen the first 3 seconds with a "Pattern Interrupt."
Required Tweaks:
Add high-contrast hooks (e.g., countdown timer, flash text like "90% of Americans fail...", judge’s scoring sheet).
Ensure hooks are visually jarring (bold colors, rapid cuts, motion graphics) to stop scroll.
Deliverables per Ad:
Premiere Pro project file (.prproj)
Final MP4s in all ratios (see below).
2. Create New Video Ads:
Type 1 (ad1, ad2, ad3):
Format: Problem/Solution focus.
Hook: Pattern interrupt in first 3 sec (e.g., "STOP! If you do this...").
Length: 45 seconds.
Type 2 (ad1, ad2, ad3):
Format:create by yourself
Hook: Pattern interrupt (e.g., "You won’t BELIEVE what happened...").
Length: 15-30 seconds.
Deliverables per Ad:
Premiere Pro project file (.prproj)
Final MP4s in all ratios.

All Ads: Deliver as Premiere Pro 2020+ project files (organized layers, labeled assets) + MP4 (H.264, 30fps).
AI Voiceover: Provide script + generated VO (MP3) for new ads (use tools like ElevenLabs).
Mood Boards: Include visual references for hooks, color palettes, and editing style (PDF or link).
Pattern Interrupt Guidelines
First 3 Seconds:
Use rapid cuts (0.5s each), high-contrast text (e.g., neon on dark background), or symbolic visuals (e.g., exploding timer).
Examples:
ad1: Flash text "90% of Americans fail this test..." + sound effect (e.g., glass shatter).
ad2: Countdown (3...2...1...) with glitch transitions.
ad3: Judge’s scoring sheet slamming down (SFX: drum hit).
Sound Design: Sync SFX (e.g., "whoosh," "ding," suspense tones) with visual hooks.
