Validate data in Woocommerce Analytics and fix 500 internal server error

I am seeing discrepancies between the number of orders in the Orders panel and the number of orders from a given day in the Analytics panel. I would like someone to sort this out or explain what these discrepancies are due to.

Additionally, a 500 internal server error often pops up when trying to log into WP Admin. I have already optimized the database and increased the memory of WordPress. The error after some time started to occur again.
