Twilio Web App

The idea is to be able to receive and make calls in google chrome on a smart phone using Twilio. The design should clone this Google Dialer [url removed, login to view]

Connect to Google Contacts so incoming calls will show contact names and outgoing calls can be made by scrolling a contact list or an auto-completing contact search by name.
