Transferring the program to a second device

I am looking for help with the transfer of a program for optimizing roof slopes. Program name:

SOFTECH ROOFS 4.5

I have it on an old laptop and would like to transfer it along with the entire database to a new laptop. The installation version is missing.

The program currently runs on Windows 7 and I would like it to run on Windows 10.

I am attaching screen shots of the folders.
