Technology selection and coding of a traffic claim system

A claims collection and management system for internal use for a motor vehicle claims company.

The target graphic design will be delivered - it will be purely usable, spread over modules from some UI kit (material.io or Ant design).

Project Objective:

The aim of the project is to organize the work of the company dealing with the liquidation of car damages, by improving cooperation with Sygnalists (drivers of auto-rickshaws, who are rewarded for each reported damage) and by improving the quality of the service of the damages themselves (the list of damages in one place will improve the overall timeliness and will allow to plan the work better).

Please quote me a price for HTML. Please also suggest the technology - I was thinking about React + NodeJS. The project will be developed, so please also provide the rbh rate.

Please do not propose WordPress :)

From my side, I will decompose the project on Jira and provide accesses so that it is convenient to work. I will answer questions every day in the evening, once a week we will plan a sprint.
