Survey panel - online

I would like to prepare a small website/service for the company's internal needs, a service related to surveys.

The idea is that we could prepare surveys on our own, which will be then filled out by our customers.

Prerequisites:

- possibility of adding and subtracting questions by us while creating a survey, and naming individual survey modules

- ability to generate an individual survey link, where a given customer will be able to fill it out after clicking on the link (optionally - possibility to create a separate account for each customer filling out the survey);

- possibility to edit the survey and export it to Excel or PDF file

- e-mail notifications about a client completing a survey

We do not particularly care about design, but rather about functionality of such a service.

We have our own domain and bought server space.
