Store on Prestashop stopped working

Good morning,

During the upgrade of the store put on PrestaShop, an error occurred and the store stopped working - “500 Server Error”. It is not possible to log back into the admin panel. We are looking for a freelancer to help us with restarting the store and performing the update.
