I need to update my store and then make some changes. I need advice from a person who maintains and develops SOTE stores, because I don't know whether it is better to update my store or put it up from scratch.

In either situation, I will need technology support, so I would appreciate information about experience and hourly rate, and possible expected cost of updating or putting up a store from scratch. The cost of a Sote 8 subscription I know.
