Software Engineer (Client-Facing, US Clients, Strong English)

The candidate should have a good-quality webcam and microphone to communicate clearly and professionally during client calls.

Responsibilities - Handle client calls independently to understand project requirements and scope - Answer client technical questions clearly at a high and mid level - Help convert client conversations into confirmed projects and signed work - Clarify expectations, timelines, and deliverables with clients - Communicate professionally and confidently to build trust with US clients - Summarize client needs and hand off clear requirements to the delivery team Requirements - Strong spoken and written English suitable for US client communication - Software engineering background (frontend, backend, or full-stack) - Ability to explain technical concepts without deep architectural detail - Comfortable owning client conversations and moving them toward a project agreement - Experience working with US clients or in client-facing roles - Availability during US business hours (partial overlap) Nice to Have - Experience in consulting, presales, or agency environments - Understanding of project estimation and delivery basics - Sales-oriented mindset with technical credibility
