-portal adapted for later development of a mobile application
-application created so that you can freely modify and expand it
-friendly administration panel
-experience in building complex web applications
-experience in mobile applications
-ability to build applications in stages
-application optimized and prepared for SEO marketing

-user profiles ultimately 100tys - 500 thousand
-user directory
-a rating and commenting system
-updates and content publishing by users

The price criterion is not the most important for us, we are well aware that at the moment it is not enough information for the valuation, but you can provide approximate price ranges for this type of solutions.
Due to the fact that the application will be quite extensive, we want to be able to build it in individual stages in a time breakdown, which will allow us to accumulate funds.
Therefore, we also do not expect a quick completion date.
We also do not want to build an MVP version, we want to build the application from scratch with the first needed features and expand it with new elements in accordance.
