Social Media Creator / Wellness & Fitness Industry

ACE Studio is looking for a creative, trend-aware Social Media Content Creator to manage and elevate our presence on Instagram and TikTok. This role is focused on content creation, visual storytelling, and grid curation—not paid advertising.

We want someone who lives social media, understands aesthetics, follows trends early, and knows how to turn real studio moments into engaging short-form video content.

Responsibilities:

Plan, schedule, and manage Instagram posts and Reels;

Maintain a clean, cohesive, and elevated Instagram grid;

Create short-form video content (Reels & TikToks) filmed in-studio;

Capture behind-the-scenes moments, workouts, people, and atmosphere;

Edit videos for Instagram Reels and TikTok;

Basic photo editing when needed;

Stay on top of trends and adapt them to the ACE Studio brand;

Ensure content inspires, builds brand identity, and community—not just sales;

What You Will NOT Do:

No paid ads or performance marketing;

No campaign strategy or media buying (handled by our agency);

Requirements:

Strong understanding of Instagram & TikTok trends;

Proven experience creating short-form video content;

Video editing skills (CapCut, Premiere Pro, Final Cut, or similar);

Basic photo editing skills (Lightroom, Photoshop, or similar);

Eye for aesthetics, composition, and brand consistency;

Comfortable filming in real environments with real people;

Reliable, proactive, and organised;

Languages: Polish, English;

Nice to Have:

Experience with lifestyle, fitness, or boutique brands;

Personal TikTok or Instagram portfolio;

Understanding of how content builds brand, not just views;

Russian Language;
