Small Business Marketing and Ad Campaigns

Hello! We are a small e-commerce business in the jewelry supplies industry looking to expand the reach of our website by running ad campaigns.

As a small business, we all wear a lot of different hats so we are looking for someone who is flexible and knowledgable and willing not just to run the campaigns we want but also to advise on strategies suited to our specific business circumstances and audience.

What we are looking for:

- Excellent English writing language skills, especially American English

- Knowledge of and experience with Google Ads/Google Shopping

- Experience with YouTube as a promotional tool

- Other social media ads and promotion such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok

- Knowledge of Ad Roll ads

- Experience with Affiliate and Influencer marketing

- Experience with newsletter marketing such as building email automations, winback emails and regular email newsletters etc

- Experience with graphic design using Canva

- Ability to write blog posts and other content for our website in English

Bonus points for familiarity with our store's platform, Commerce.

And extra bonus points if you have knowledge or familiarity of our niche industry of beads, beaded jewelry and crafting supplies.

We are very interested in hiring someone who can set up and optimize a variety of campaigns for us on multiple platforms and create a little bit of order from the current situation that we have which is a bit random and chaotic and heavily focused on influencer marketing. This project can be limited in scope but for the right person who is a good fit and delivers results we are willing to hire on as a regular member of the team in either a part time or possibly eventually a full time position.
