Site infection - solving the problem

Hi,

I'm looking for a person who is familiar with Wordpress and has dealt with a site infection. When entering through a search engine on Google or Bing, instead of the client's landing page, scams with "great rewards" pop up.

In addition, there is a problem with woocommercial - it keeps popping up error 500, I would also like someone to take a look at where this problem is coming from.
