I am looking for a contractor for a simple web application, where - in simple terms - users can log in, fill in form fields and upload files to the server, and where integration with two external APIs is done - one for payments and the other for retrieving data from another system based on user data. Details in the attached file.

Podany budżet jest szacunkowy, podlega negocjacji. Proszę o zgłoszenia wraz z planowanym czasem realizacji. Dysponuję serwerem w home.pl gdzie docelowo wszystko ma działać - w ramach zlecenia proszę uwzględnić też instalację wszystkiego na serwerze. Mam gotowe tło do strony i logo oraz wybrane czcionki i kolory - reszta kwestii wizualnych po stronie freelancera, więc można zrobić tak, żeby się wygodnie robiło (i wyglądało w miarę estetycznie) ;)
