Search console - not indexing a web subpage

Need a person to relocate 1 sub-page.

The subpage was indexed for a very long time. After a minor content update search console stopped indexing this subpage.

After restoring the original version (from before the modification) SC still does not want to index this particular subpage.

Need a person who has experience in indexing problems to analyze the situation and solve the problem.
