I am looking for someone to write a script for me to convert PDF files to Markdown and/or HTML format.

I don't care about keeping the same page layout as in the PDF file in the resulting file, I'd like to be able to create something like an article (with headings, possibly images, etc.), so pulling out pure text alone won't exactly help here either. It is worth noting that the PDF files will also not be unified. I.e. they can be documents containing text alone, with images, or completely different page layouts.

I do not impose here the technology in which the script is to be made. It is important that the contractor will help me later to run it on a vps / dedicated server.
