Research and implement custom functionality available through the IdoSell (IAI) API and the Livespace API

The order includes (not excluding other possible solutions presented by the service contractor):

(a) linking transaction data from the IdoSell store to Livespace, such that actions (or lack thereof) in the store cause:

- adding or changing the sales funnel, closing or winning sales opportunities

sales;

- creation of tasks in Livespace;

- updates to customer data;

- the above tasks must be able to distinguish customer statuses/tags;

- other possible unmentioned facilities for working with CRM based on B2B sales model in

e-commerce.

(b) based on customer activity (purchase, login, account registration), or lack thereof:

- created sales opportunities in existing sales funnels

- updated the stages of the sales funnel;

- created tasks for opportunity handlers.

The above would be the first phase of splicing the systems. Ultimately, we would like to connect Livespace with Baselinker on a similar basis.
