We have developed an application that, due to the required permissions, is not able to pass the verification process in the Google Play store (e.g.: The ability to send SMS)

We are looking for someone who could use the 'exceptions' in the regulations in the case of our application (which the Google store theoretically allows). If necessary, there is of course the possibility of certain changes in the application itself if it would be crucial to the effect.
