Recovering data from a corrupt CentOS VPS image. FTP + SQL

Good day, I am looking for a specialist proficient in using something like Test Disk or other tool under UNIX to recover such data as

Several installations of sites (FTP) Wordpress + SQL .

The situation was, with the RAID in the online server room was damaged. They failed to rebuild anything, but I got a corrupted image of my virtual machine (170GB+-).

I've already talked to my admin who gave me a recovery plan but unfortunately it will be unreachable.
