Description
I will commission to write functionality:
1. how the user wants to set a timer
2. set it for 15 minutes
3. I leave the application
4. after 15 minutes I get a notification with the text "already"
5. click on the notification I am transferred to the application
- additional points, after exiting the application I can "whisk" it away and the application will continue counting time
- after entering before time, I will see on the counter how much time is left
it is only about working functionality in ReactNative preferably with expo. Must work on iOS and android.

2. visual aspect does not count at all, we will create the design ourselves
