Python - reading phone number from OLX by ad URL

Description
I will commission a script to be put on a VPS that logs into a designated OLX account and reads the phone number from a specific ad by URL.
I would expect a connection between this script and the API so that I can use this in PHP.
An optional parameter would also be to indicate the proxy address by which the script would log into the account and perform the various actions.
