I am looking for a specialist Proxmox, Debian, Postgres

I am looking for an administrator to configure Proxmox as a virtual server system under a web application.

What needs to be done:

1. consult in designing the system.

2. update Proxmox to the latest version currently is 7.4-17

3. prepare the node so that it can be copied to other machines in the future.

4. install the host on Debian under an application written in Node.js

5. install the Postgres master database

6 Configure the network

7 Configure the load balancer

8. configure distributed strorage.
