I would like to have a program written that will capture my text (OCR) at a certain interval (e.g. 5min) and send it to an external API server (post, or something else).

I have the program running on Windows, it displays me alarms (date, alarm name, device name) from various devices.

I need to use this data for another application.

In practice, it needs to do automatic OCR from a specific area of the computer screen.
