Prestashop - Limit the number of baskets per day

Description

We need a modification of the ready store based on prestashop, allowing to limit the number of baskets per day to 20 divided into two shipping zones defined by postal codes. If the daily shipping limit for a given zone has been exhausted, the basket should contain information about the next available dates.

Ready-made slot integrations with plugins do not work. Code editing will be required.
