Preparing Simple Video Spots Based on Provided Materials

Hello, I have to make simple video spots that will be used to promote an event. They will be displayed on monitors mounted in public transport vehicles (tram, bus).

These are simple video spots where the text will change, photos will appear, animated text entries and exits, etc. Typical presentation of information about the event. The whole thing must be simple, clear, and aesthetically pleasing.

I have all the necessary materials - photos, logos, and text. I also have guidelines according to which the videos should be prepared.

I need one main 16:9 creation and changes in resolution (and file extensions - mainly mp4, avi, and mpeg-2) to several other formats:
