Preparing a website on Wordpress with Elementor

Description
The assignment is to prepare a new version of the existing website, along with transferring part of the Entries and part of the Pages (Wordpress nomenclature).
Both sites (old and new) are put on Wordpress. The new site is to be modeled on the layout of the existing website.
Classic layout (from the top):
1. status bar
2. logo + navigation (must include drop-down menu)
3. slider
4. 3-6 news items
5. footer
Between 4 and 5 more elements of the page will be added, but this is no longer part of the order. I mark to provide for this possibility.
To build the site, use Elementor, which is already installed and prepared in the new version of the website.
